sleeps through the night (most nights)

smiles & giggles

is MUCH MUCH calmer

LOVES being outside

has taken his first dip in the pool

likes a pacifier

lights up when he hears jace's voice

loves to CuDdLe

has been nicknamed "j-dog" by daddy

ALWAYS sleeps with his arms above his head

(just like his big brother... so cute)

plays on his tummy (for short periods)

and...

is just about the sweetest thing EVER!

Jace Michael,

You are two today! Can you believe it? We have been saying that you are going to BE two for quite some time now (so much so, that when people ask you how old you are, you tell them "i be 2"). You are growing into quite the young man and your dad and I are so proud of you. You are constantly making us laugh and keep us on our toes! Your smiles are contagious and maybe even a little ornery.

We LOVE you more than we ever thought possible and can't wait to see what God has in store for your life. We are confident that His plan is perfect for you and are excited to see how He works through your life. This past week has taught us so much about the importance of the legacy we will leave for our children... the example that we are to YOU. Things that we do now can and will IMPACT you for the rest of your life and we PRAY that our example is a Godly one.

Happy Birthday Grandma!

I can't believe it has been two years since we said goodbye to my Grandma. In some ways it seems like it was just yesterday... in other ways it feels like forever. I wish we were *CeLeBrAtInG* her birthday today. When I mentioned it to Scott he reminded me that since she has now experienced Heaven... she would have nothing to do with a celebration here on earth and that she is most definitely *CeLeBrAtInG* (and most likely NOT because it's her birthday)! What an AmAzInG way to be *CeLeBrAtInG*! So, I guess instead of *CeLeBrAtInG* another year of her life here on earth... we really SHOULD be having an even BIGGER *CeLeBrAtIoN* because of where she is spending ETERNITY. Well then... I just might have to bake a cake! Love you Grandma!!!
