missing daddy

it's only been a couple of days...

but we are all missing him a little (or a lot)...

ready to walk...

we've been anxiously waiting for jaron to start walking. why? i'm not sure. he's been crawling for quite awhile and that's PLENTY to keep up with. but... for some reason... i couldn't help myself. i was SO excited for him to start taking steps (like consecutive ones, without falling over). i think it's partly because i know how much he wants to "keep up" with jace. he is SUCH a fan of his big bro... i think (and hope and pray) that they will be the best.of.friends. anyway... he would still rather crawl most places or climb (man... can this kid climb!)... but... i would say he's officially "walking". yippeee!

what we've been up to...

(in no particular order)

crawling through tunnels, working at our tool bench, driving in the snow, eating with friends, working on our shot, cupcakes at the park, sliding, sledding, mahjongj, jumps & flips, building a bed, holidays & celebrations, wearing christmas jammies, cheering for huskers, making messes, swimming lessons, creating gingerbread houses, watching tv with dad, opening gifts, cheering for the lopers, turning ONE, parties with friends, climbing (on everything), learning to say "no", being a ring bearer, learning to walk (almost!), sleepovers with bentley, a hospital stay, pink heart shaped pancakes, exercising, & TONS of time with friends & family!
